I am sick and tired or reading American reviews which mention that the new iPhone 3Gs costs US$199 for the 16 gig model and US$299 for the 32 gig model. And some of the reviewers say it's expensive! Well boo hoo to you Yanks!

Now I know that the Aussie dollar floats around the 80 cent mark against the Greenback - but come on. How do Apple justify charging over AU$850 for the 16 gigs iPhone 3Gs and almost AU$1050 for the 32 gig model? I'm getting spanked just for living down-under. I love using my iPhone - I mean, who wouldn't? I need to keep in touch - work, family, news - all are important and all are things I need to be up to date with.
