@ Hong-dae
Philips sucks!!!!

The promote products, send out review material and generate heaps of hoopla about new releases. Bot don't actually release anything! In response to your query, I contacted the ironically named Philips Consumer Care people, only to receive the following response:

I truly apologized for the inconvenience but we do not have any listing for any available Philips Consumer Electric Products. Sadly Last December 2008 Philips had stop producing /releasing Consumer Electric Products in Australia. It was a marketing decision from Philips.

You may send an inquiry to ceaustralia.sales@philips.com and see if the unit your interested is still being sold in Australia.

Again, thank you for contacting Philips Consumer Care.

Best Regards,

Ailaine Chan Bona
Customer Care Consultant

Well, I followed this advice and contacted the above e-mail address - but received no response. Clearly a valued consumer - NOT! All I can do is apologise for the bum steer. The product is clearly great, but Philips sucks. 0 out of 10 for them.
