The rush is on.....

Unless you have spent the past 12 months living under a rock in a cave on a deserted island, you will know that the latest, possibly the greatest, but certainly the most talked about new tech release is finally here. June 29, 2008 will go down in history as the day the the Apple iPhone 3G arrived in Australia. Much like when JFK was shot, Elvis died, and man walked on the moon - everyone will remember what they were doing the day the iPhone hit town. For many, of course, that day started camped out in the Australian winter waiting for the store doors to open allowing access to the Holy Grail.

The rush was on as thousands of happy shoppers queued in an orderly manner (not!) waiting for their turn to become the proud owner of the latest, greatest piece of technology released in years.

Mobile networks went into melt down as proud new owners tried out their newest toy. The rush had started and the Australian mobile phone landscape had changed ...... forever!
